How can I confirm my order and its shipping status?
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order, please email email@example.com.

Typically your order will ship within 24-48 hours. We've been experiencing higher than normal order volume because of the holidays and orders may take around 10-15 days to ship. Thank you for your patience. If you pre-ordered a product it can take up to 2-4 weeks to ship. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays or company closures (listed below). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.

Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed or counted as in-transit on the following major holidays and company closures:

How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email from Vindlr that will contain your tracking number. Enter the tracking number in the USPS online tracking tool and you will be able to see the status of your order.
Can I ship my order to an APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Box?
Yes, USPS delivers to APO, DPO, FPO, and PO boxes.
- Flash sale items and random throw bags are sold AS-IS and may not be returned.
- We are all about customer satisfaction! If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product, in NEW condition, within 7 days of receiving it. If the item has been used we will not be able to process the return. (Any scratches, marks, damage etc. will void your eligibility for a refund).
- Prior to returning your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. In the email, include the word, “return” in the subject line, and please detail why you are returning your product.
- Once we approve your return, you can return the item to the address we provide. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt as well as a print out of our email correspondence. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.
- We will credit your account within 7 business days of receiving your return. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
